Data Processing Addendum

For data you upload and process through MySA (e.g. contact lists, call content), you are the data controller and MySA is the data processor, acting on your documented instructions.

We process personal data only to provide the service — placing and summarizing calls, running campaigns, and handling WhatsApp — and as otherwise instructed by you.

We use vetted infrastructure and telephony sub-processors bound by equivalent data protection obligations. A current list is available on request.

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, auditing) and require the same of our sub-processors.
