AI calling for car dealers means an AI voice assistant makes and answers a showroom's routine calls: ringing a test-drive lead the minute the form arrives, reminding past customers that a service is due, confirming showroom visits, and answering "on-road price kitna hai?" from your approved details. MySA Business does this from your own number, in your buyers' language, and hands the serious buyer to your sales consultant. It works the same for two-wheeler showrooms, used-car dealers, service centres and tyre and spare-parts dealers.
Where India's auto belts are, and which language the calls use
Dealerships are in every district, so the use cases below fit any dealer in India. These are the towns where the auto industry itself lives:
| Region | Auto belts | Call language to test |
|---|---|---|
| West | Pune, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Nashik, Kolhapur, Satara | Marathi, Hinglish |
| West | Rajkot | Gujarati, Hinglish |
| South | Chennai, Hosur | Tamil, English |
| North (NCR) | Gurugram, Faridabad, Greater Noida | Hinglish, Hindi |
| North | Ludhiana | Punjabi, Hinglish |
| North | Alwar | Hindi |
| North | Rudrapur (the Pantnagar industrial estate) | Hindi, Hinglish |
| Central | Pithampur, near Indore | Hindi |
| East | Jamshedpur | Hindi, Bengali |
Several of these towns are as much about auto components as vehicles; a component maker calling its own dealers about stock and pending orders can use the same campaigns. Whatever the town, hear the call language on a free test call before you decide.
Test-drive leads called within about a minute
A buyer fills your Facebook Lead Ads form or the "Book a test drive" form on your website at night, and by morning has filled two other dealers' forms too.
A webhook campaign calls first. Your ad setup or website posts each lead to a MySA webhook, and the AI calls it usually within a minute. It asks which model and variant, petrol, CNG or EV, whether there is an old vehicle to exchange, and when they can come in. A daily cap per customer and a minimum gap between calls stop anyone being called too often. The full setup is in call Facebook leads instantly.
Showroom visits that actually happen
"Main Sunday ko showroom aata hoon" is the most common sentence a sales team hears, and the one most often forgotten. With visit reminders switched on, MySA notes the plan from the call and rings the customer on that day: an hour before the time they named, or inside your Call between window if they named only a day. Every visit shows on Calling → Visit reminders, so the floor manager knows who is expected on Sunday. Site visit reminder calls explains the same feature for builders.
Service-due and insurance reminders from your Excel
Every workshop has a list of customers whose service is due, and every insurance desk a list of renewals. Calling them is the work nobody gets to.
Upload the list as a campaign from Excel and add columns var1 to var15 for each customer's details: vehicle number, model, last service date. Write the purpose with those placeholders, for example "Aapki {var2} ({var1}) ki last service {var3} ko hui thi", and each call is spoken with that customer's own values. A Scheduled campaign can split a long list over several days.
Example: a service-due call
Example — ABC Motors, a made-up two-wheeler dealer, calls a customer from its service list.
- AI: Namaste, ABC Motors service centre se bol rahi hoon. Aapki bike, MH 12 AB 1234, ki last service June mein hui thi. Agli service due hai — kab laana theek rahega?
- Customer: Is hafte time nahi hai. Saturday subah le aaunga.
- AI: Theek hai, Saturday subah. Kya pick-up chahiye, ya aap khud laayenge?
- Customer: Khud laaunga. Kharcha kitna aayega?
- AI: Wo bike dekhkar service advisor hi batayenge. Main Saturday subah ke liye note kar leti hoon.
Afterwards the service manager sees a summary ("bringing bike Saturday morning, no pick-up, asked about charge"), a positive sentiment, the vehicle number from the file, and a visit reminder already set for Saturday. The AI did not guess a bill; it quotes only charges written in your approved Business Details. Booking the bay is still your team's job on an outbound call. If you take service bookings on an inbound number with Appointments switched on, the AI can book a service-bay slot during that call and the customer gets a WhatsApp confirmation.
Insurance renewals work the same way, with expiry date and vehicle number as variables; the list and its dates come from you.
"On-road price kitna hai? Waiting kitni hai?" on your inbound number
Most enquiry calls ask the on-road price, the waiting period, or Sunday timings. Switch on inbound calls for a number, choose the Business Details the AI answers from, and it answers those calls in the caller's language.
Prices and waiting periods change often. If your system can serve them through an API, register it under Integrations → My APIs and tick it on that number; custom APIs let the AI read today's figures. Without either, the AI does not guess; it promises to check, and the call lands in Follow-ups as Action required for your team to answer.
| Customer says | AI does |
|---|---|
| "Top model ka on-road price?" | Answers from Business Details or your API, or promises to check |
| "Delivery kab tak milegi?" | Gives the waiting period from your API, if you connected one |
| "Sales wale se baat karao" | Transfers the call to the Sales number, after briefing the consultant |
| "Next month lena hai, tab call karna" | Creates a follow-up for the date asked, in the same language |
| "Sunday ko aata hoon" | Sets a visit reminder for Sunday |
| "Kisi insaan se baat karni hai" (no transfer set up) | Creates a Call from a person follow-up for your team |
Handing the buyer to your sales consultant
The AI qualifies; your consultant closes. With call transfer you add named numbers such as Sales and Service, each with a one-line "when to transfer here". When a buyer is ready to book, the AI rings the right number, briefs the consultant ("CNG variant mein interested, exchange hai, Sunday visit"), then connects them. Transfer minutes are billed separately.
Festive bookings and the "next month" buyer
Many buyers want delivery on Navratri or Dhanteras. A Scheduled campaign with On dates I pick can call earlier enquiries on two or three dates before the festival, saying only what is in your Business Details.
The buyer who says "abhi nahi, next month dekhenge" is not a lost lead. MySA puts the call-back on Follow-ups for the date asked, and with Auto-callback on it dials then, in the same language. See how to handle "call me later".
A video agent on your dealership website: Saathi
If your dealership has its own website, Saathi puts an AI video agent, MySA, on it. A visitor taps the call bubble and asks "CNG variant ka mileage?" face to face; MySA answers from your Business Details, opens the right model page and points at the price written there. Each call comes back with a summary and the visitor's interest and mood. See the Saathi docs.
What works today, and what it does not do
These are scenarios, not customer stories.
| Works today | Does not do |
|---|---|
| Calls web and ad leads within about a minute via a webhook | Pull leads from Facebook on its own; something must post them |
Personalised calls from Excel with vehicle number, dates (var1–var15) | Read your DMS unless you register an API for it |
| Visit reminders on the day the customer named | Book a service bay on an outbound call |
| On-road price and waiting period from Business Details or your API | Invent prices, offers, discounts or delivery dates |
| Transfer to a named consultant after a briefing | Promise how natural a language sounds — hear it first |
| Recording, summary, sentiment and tags for every call | Keep turn-by-turn transcripts |
Getting started
- Create a workspace and verify your mobile number to get ₹100 of Test credit in the separate Test environment.
- Write your Business Details: models, variants, the charges you are happy to quote, showroom and workshop timings.
- Press Try now — the AI rings your own phone. Try Hinglish and your local language and keep the one your buyers will be comfortable with.
- Go Live, top up the prepaid wallet, and start with one list: last quarter's service-due customers is a good first campaign.
Calls of 10 seconds or less are free; longer calls are billed per started minute. The rate for your workspace is shown in the console — talk to sales for volume pricing.
