Send the wish as a WhatsApp broadcast#

A broadcast sends one approved WhatsApp template to your customers at once, from your own WhatsApp Business number, through the provider connected under Integrations (Meta WhatsApp or Automate Chats). With Broadcasts enabled for your workspace:

1. Make the wish a template. Put the customer's name in a blank, for example "Merry Christmas, {{1}}! Thank you for choosing [Business] this year…", and send it for approval a few days early. A template cannot go out before it is approved.
2. Choose who gets it. A past campaign (for example everyone who answered a call), or a CSV of up to 50,000 customers who opted in. Numbers without a country code are read as Indian.
3. Fill the blanks. From the customer's name, your business name or address, a CSV column, or one of your own APIs.
4. Schedule it. Send now, or schedule it in India time up to 30 days ahead, for example 9 AM on 25 December.
5. Check before sending. You see how many people it goes to, and who was left out and why (duplicate, opted out, unreadable number).

Messages go out within your number's WhatsApp limit, which starts at 1,000 different people in a rolling 24 hours. A larger list keeps going on its own as the limit frees up, so schedule a big list a day or two early. Anyone on your Opted out list is always left out. The report shows what was accepted and what was not, and Send again retries only the messages that did not go. Details are in WhatsApp broadcasts.

When customers reply "Merry Christmas to you too! Are you open on the 26th?", Smart reply answers from your Business Details in their language, and your team can step in from the inbox at any time.

Wish your customers by AI call#

A message is easy to miss in a full holiday inbox; a short call with the customer's own name is remembered. With an outbound campaign, an AI voice agent calls your list and wishes each person:

• By name. Upload a CSV or Excel file with a customer_name column and the AI greets each person with it. A row without a name gets a general greeting.
• With your own line. The call's purpose says what the AI should do, for example: "Wish the customer a Merry Christmas, thank them for being a customer of [Business] this year, tell them about {var1}, and ask if they would like the details on WhatsApp." Columns var1 to var15 fill those blanks for each person.
• In their language. Choose English, Hinglish, Malayalam, Hindi or another Indian language for the campaign, or set it per customer with a language column. Hear it first on a free Test call.

• Not during church or late at night. Set DND hours for Christmas Eve and the morning service. Calls inside the window are held, not lost.
