AI Outbound Calling Campaigns
Turn a list of thousands of numbers into real conversations. Add contacts however suits you — a CSV upload, the API, or a single number — then schedule bulk calls and stay in control of the pace and script.

How a campaign works
A campaign dials a list of customers with one purpose, one language and one caller ID, and gives you a report of every call it made.
- Create it. It is saved as a draft; nothing dials yet.
- Test it with a real call to one of your own numbers, using the campaign's exact settings.
- Publish & Run. Calls start at the start time you set. If your workspace requires approval, an Owner or Admin approves it first.
- Watch the queue fill in live, pause or stop it at any time, and download the report when it is done.
Four ways to add contacts
| Type | How contacts arrive | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| CSV Upload | A .csv or Excel .xlsx file up to 10 MB; the whole list is dialled | A list you already have: leads, orders, renewals |
| API | An empty campaign you push contacts into from your own system, several per request | Your CRM or app calling customers automatically |
| Single Call | One or a handful of contacts typed in by hand | A quick call to a few people |
| Webhook | Leads arriving on one of your webhooks are dialled automatically | Website forms and ad leads, called within a minute |
A connected Shopify store gets its own campaign and key, so store events such as an abandoned cart push contacts in with a single header. See the campaigns documentation.
Personalise every call
Only the number is required; a row without a name still gets a proper greeting. Add columns var1 to var15 and write {var1} wherever the value belongs in your purpose: “Aapka order {var1} taiyaar hai” with var1 = SO-4412 is spoken as “Aapka order SO-4412 taiyaar hai”. A blank variable is simply dropped from that call's sentence. A language column overrides the campaign language per contact, and over the API a userQuery field tells the AI what the customer asked about so the call opens with it.
Test, publish, run, control
Send a test call from the draft to your own phone, with an optional customer query to hear how the AI handles a specific question. When it sounds right, Publish & Run. While it runs you can Pause (remaining contacts are held), Resume, or Stop for good; calls already in progress always finish. Calls that come due inside your DND hours are held, not lost. Duplicate copies a campaign's settings and contacts into a new draft.
Webhook leads and limits
A webhook campaign takes two steps: create the webhook under Integrations, paste its URL into your form or ad platform, map the fields from the first lead that arrives, then create a campaign of type Webhook and pick that webhook as the source. Every lead that lands on it is dialled by the campaign, with Max calls to one customer per day (default 2) and a minimum gap between calls of at least an hour. See Webhook campaigns and Webhooks.
What you get back
Campaign analytics shows how every campaign is doing, with a report download per campaign; the Detailed Report lists every call across all campaigns with its recording, summary, sentiment and tags. Customers who asked to be called back land in Follow-ups, calls that did their job go to Positive Leads and Lead Feed, and an approved WhatsApp template can go out after a call or when there was no answer through On Call Messaging. See Campaign analytics.
Pricing
Campaign calls are billed from your prepaid wallet at your call rate, per started minute, with calls of 10 seconds or less free, so an unanswered or hung-up call costs nothing. If the wallet is short when a call comes up, it waits ten minutes for a top-up and is then cancelled rather than dialled later. See Wallet and pricing.

Frequently asked questions
How do I start an AI calling campaign?
Create a campaign, choose the Business Details category, purpose, language and caller ID, add contacts by CSV, API, single call or webhook, send a test call to your own phone, then Publish & Run.
Can I personalise each call?
Yes. Columns var1 to var15 in your file fill placeholders in the purpose per contact, a language column sets the language per contact, and over the API a userQuery field tells the AI what the customer asked about.
Can I pause or stop a running campaign?
Yes. Pause holds the remaining contacts, Resume continues, and Stop ends it for good. Calls already in progress always finish.
What happens to customers who do not answer?
The call shows as not connected in the report and costs nothing. An approved WhatsApp template can be sent on no answer through On Call Messaging, at most once a day per number.
Will the campaign call people at night?
Not if you set DND hours. Calls that come due inside the window are held and released when it ends.
