What MySA Business does
MySA Business is a console for running AI conversations with your customers. You tell it what your business offers and what each conversation should achieve, and the AI handles the call or chat. Every call comes back to you with a recording, an AI summary and the customer's sentiment.
It is built for Indian businesses that talk to a lot of customers: showrooms and shops, clinics, service centres, sales teams and anyone who needs reminders, confirmations, lead qualification or answers to routine questions without tying up their staff.
Channels
| Channel | What the AI does |
|---|---|
| Outbound calls | Calls a list of customers through a campaign, or a single number |
| Inbound calls | Answers when a customer rings a number you bought |
| Replies to chats with smart reply, and can call a customer back after they message you | |
| Instagram and Facebook | Replies to DMs and Messenger chats, and to comments on your posts |
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are switched on per workspace. If one shows a padlock in the left menu, it has not been enabled for you yet.
How the pieces fit
A call is put together from a few building blocks. Each one has its own page in the left menu.
- Business Details is the knowledge the AI answers from: your products, prices, branches, timings and FAQs. You upload your files, review the draft and approve it. See Business Details.
- Purposes describe what the AI should achieve on a call, such as confirming an order or inviting a customer to visit. You save them once and reuse them. See Assistants and purposes.
- Campaigns combine a purpose, a Business Details category, a caller ID, a language and a list of contacts, then dial them. See Campaigns.
- Call Logs, Detailed Report and Analytics show what happened on each call. See Call logs.
- Follow-ups collect customers who asked to be called back. See Follow-ups.
- Billing holds your prepaid wallet. Calls are paid from it. See Wallet and pricing.
Test and Live
Every account has two workspaces, switched from the top bar:
- Test dials only the numbers on your Test Numbers list and uses a separate Test wallet. A ₹100 welcome credit lands in it once the workspace owner verifies their mobile number from Profile. Use it to try things safely.
- Live dials any number and uses your Live wallet. This is where real campaigns run.
Build and check everything in Test, then do the same in Live. Some features, such as inbound calling, Lead Feed, DND and Visit reminders, exist only in Live.
Note: Test and Live wallets are separate. Money you add goes to the Live wallet only.
Who can do what
The workspace Owner invites teammates from Team and gives each one a role, separately for Test and Live. A few pages, such as DND, Call transfer and Broadcasts, are visible only to the Owner. See Team and roles.
