Refer & Earn and referral agents
MySA Business has two referral programs. With Refer & Earn, a business invites other businesses. With the Referral Agent Program, people who are not MySA customers earn for every business they bring.
MySA switches each program on or off. When a program is off, its pages and menu items are hidden. Anything you already earned stays yours.
Note: The amounts on this page are the standard ones. The program pages always show the amounts that apply right now.
When a referral counts
A referral counts when the business you invited:
- signs up through your link,
- verifies its mobile number by SMS, and
- makes a first recharge of ₹5,000 or more (before GST).
A business whose first recharge is under ₹5,000 does not count, and a later recharge does not change that. Each business counts once. Referring yourself, or numbers you control, is not rewarded.
If a qualifying recharge is refunded, the reward for it can be reversed. Every credit and reversal shows in your statement.

Where to find it
- Refer & Earn is in the left menu. On a phone it is in the menu drawer.
- Only the workspace Owner sees it.
How it works
- Open Refer & Earn and copy your link, or press Share. On a phone, Share opens your share options; on a computer it opens WhatsApp.
- For each business that counts, ₹500 goes to your Referral Balance.
- Once your Referral Balance reaches ₹2,000, move it to your Live balance and spend it on calls and messages. It moves in whole blocks of ₹2,000. The rest stays until it makes another block.
Referral Agent Program
You do not need to be a MySA customer. You get your own sign-in and dashboard, separate from MySA Business logins.
Join
- Open the Referral Program page from the website menu. It only appears while the program is running.
- Enter your name, email, a 10-digit Indian mobile number and a password.
- Enter the 6-digit code we email you.
- Enter the 4-digit code we text to your mobile. Each mobile number can belong to only one agent.
- MySA reviews every new agent. Your referral link appears on your dashboard once you are approved.
Sign in
- Enter your email and password.
- Enter the 4-digit code we text to your verified mobile.
If you forget your password, choose Forgot password? and we email you a code to set a new one. MySA support can also send you a reset email. That signs you out everywhere, and the email has a link straight to the new-password step.
Earn and withdraw
- Each business that counts earns you ₹500.
- Your earnings unlock milestones. Each one pays the difference from the one before:

- Withdraw milestones in order. Each can be withdrawn once.
- MySA pays each withdrawal by hand to your UPI ID or bank account and emails you the reference.
Payout details
Add your UPI ID or bank account under Payout details on your dashboard. To change them, press Send code and enter the 4-digit code we text to your verified mobile. We also email you whenever they change.
Questions
Why is the Referral Program page not opening? The program is not running right now. If you are already an agent, sign in at /agent/login. Your balance and withdrawals stay available.
When will my link work? As soon as MySA approves your agent account. Until then your dashboard says your account is under review.
